Departmental reports were collected and uploaded by hand — slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale as more departments came online.

File into the ERP, reliably
Each report is filed into the hospital’s ERP, and a retry mechanism re-attempts anything that fails so nothing is lost.
Make it self-serve
Filed reports surface to patients and clients, and new departments can be onboarded through configuration rather than rebuilds.
The result
Manual uploading was replaced by a hands-off pipeline that scales to new departments with minimal effort and keeps reports flowing even when individual steps fail.
