AI, automation & MCP · AI agents & MCP servers
Give AI controlled access to the systems you run.
AI assistants become useful when they can look things up and take action in your systems. We build MCP servers and AI agents that expose exactly the data and actions you choose, log every call, and keep a person in charge of decisions that matter.

01 — Problems we solve
What problems does AI & MCP Development solve?
- 01
AI cannot see your data
General-purpose assistants give generic answers because they have no access to your records.
- 02
Copy-paste is the integration
Staff paste data into chat tools, with no control over what leaves the business.
- 03
Repetitive work stays manual
Reports, document checks and status updates take hours that automation could save.
- 04
Pilots never reach production
Experiments work in a demo but lack the permissions, logging and reliability to be trusted.
02 — Capabilities
What we deliver.
-
MCP server development
Servers that expose your systems to AI assistants through the open Model Context Protocol.
-
Custom MCP tools
Precisely scoped tools — search orders, summarise approvals, draft a purchase order.
-
AI agents & workflows
Multi-step automations that gather information, decide and act, with human approval steps.
-
Document processing
Extract and validate data from invoices, forms and reports into structured records.
-
Assistants & chatbots
Staff and customer assistants that answer from your own systems and documents.
-
Guardrails & audit
Role-based permissions, rate limits and a full log of every request and action.
03 — Technologies
Technologies & integrations
- Model Context Protocol
- LLM APIs
- TensorFlow
- Python
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- Docker
04 — Business outcomes
What changes for the business.
-
Answers from live data
Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from your systems.
-
Hours of manual work removed
Routine lookups, checks and drafts are handled by automation and reviewed by people.
-
Controlled and auditable
You decide what AI can read and do, and every action is recorded.
05 — Implementation approach
How the work is delivered.
- 01
Choose the use case
Pick one repetitive, well-understood task with a clear owner and measurable result.
- 02
Define tools & permissions
Specify exactly what data the assistant can read, what it can change and who approves.
- 03
Build & evaluate
Build the MCP server or agent and test it against real cases until results are reliable.
- 04
Deploy & expand
Release to a small group, monitor usage and widen scope once it has proven useful.
06 — FAQs
Questions we are often asked.
A service that exposes selected parts of your systems — searches, records, actions — to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol, an open standard. The data stays in your systems; the server decides what the assistant may see and do.
MCP works with any assistant or model that supports the protocol, and agents can use the LLM APIs you approve. We help you choose based on capability, cost and data-handling terms.
It can if you allow it. We usually start read-only, then add write actions that require a person to approve before anything is committed.
Tools are scoped to the minimum data needed, access follows your existing user roles, and every request is logged so it can be reviewed.
