Integration & payments · ERP integration
Connect your ERP to everything that feeds it.
Orders arrive from a store, payments from a gateway, customers from a CRM — and someone re-keys them into the ERP. We build the integration layer that moves that data automatically, checks it, and tells you when something needs attention.

01 — Problems we solve
What problems does ERP Integration solve?
- 01
Data is typed in twice
Staff copy orders, invoices and customer details between systems, and every copy is a chance for an error.
- 02
Systems disagree
Stock, balances and order status differ between the ERP and the tools around it, and nobody is sure which is right.
- 03
Month-end takes too long
Reconciliation depends on exports, spreadsheets and the one person who knows how they fit together.
- 04
Integrations break silently
Existing connections fail without alerting anyone, and the gap is found weeks later.

Agree the source of truth for each record, the integration pattern and how errors are handled.
- 03
Build & test
Build the connectors and run them against real data in a test environment until the numbers match.

06 — FAQs
Questions we are often asked.
Any ERP that offers an API, database access or a reliable import mechanism. [PLACEHOLDER: list the specific ERP platforms you have integrated in production.]
Use webhooks for events that need to be fast, such as payments and new orders, and scheduled reconciliation for anything that must be complete, such as end-of-day totals. Most reliable integrations use both.
Every message carries a unique reference and processing is idempotent, so the same order or payment delivered twice is recorded once.
They keep running. New flows are introduced alongside them and old ones are retired only once the new path has been verified.
